1 year older

I turned 23 on Thursday. Caleb had to work that day so we prolonged the celebration till saturday. But all the wives went to olive garden to celebrate by eating lots of breadsticks. I love birthdays...you feel like the bomb for one full day. Lots of facebook notifications, the husband will do whatever you ask :) Phone calls from family. It's a brilliant idea to celebrate birthdays, although it is depressing when it's over!

Caleb singing Happy Birthday all by himself. Thanks callie and preslee for making my favorite banana cake.

Reid was being so cute all day...he must have known it was my special day :)

Saturday we went to six flags with the suttons. It was a blast. We hit all the rides we wanted to and hardly had to wait in line at all. We went to the waterpark and pretty much walked on all the slides. We felt like kids again! The pecks were so sweet to watch Reid for us.

We hit my favorites "Big'z" on the way home.

Caleb spoiled me once again. Love him.

Another year down! :)

Big'Z

If you ever go to San Antonio... Bigz is a great place to eat!

They have very large delicious burgers

There's a big grass area for kids to run around.

Best barn i've ever eaten at!

Temple Date

It's true...absence makes the heart grow fonder. Not that it's good to be away from the temple for so long but it was sooo nice to be able to go again! Going to the temple is so refreshing and just makes life better.

We were able to perform temple sealings...it is such a great and needed reminder.

"The temple sealing has greater meaning as life unfolds. It will help you draw ever closer together and find greater joy and fulfillment." Richard G. Scott

National Dance Day in SA

SO remember how I made my family learn that dance? If you are familiar with So you think you can dance you probably know what National Dance day is. On that day they had dance celebrations and select Six flag parks and san antonios happened to be one of them. I dragged ashlie to come with me to see what it was all about.

I knew they would have someone from the show there but they had Jon from season 5 who I didn't really remember.

We couldn't help but laugh at the crowd....I thought it would be a little bigger than this haha. And theres ashlie struttin her stuff. It rained for the first time I have seen in San Antonio while we were dancing.

Running man!

So apparently it was a bigger deal in other states but San Antonio...thanks for tryin. I will do that dance when Party Rock Anthem comes on for the rest of my life. :)

Texas De Brazil

At the beginning of the summer a few of us bought a groupon that gave us 50 dollars worth of food for 25 at this Brazilian restaurant...little did we know that each plate was $43. SO since we will probably never eat at a nice place like this ever again we took it all in...literally...I probably ate a full animal. It was delicious.

We took time helping each other get ready before. It was a hoot.

They have a trapeze lady entertain as she gets down a bottle of wine.

We also hit the riverwalk one last time.

Earlier that day Naomi & Allie threw a darling baby party for Amanda who is having her 3rd baby in september. It was fun to get together with everyone and eat tasty goods.
I think these pictures are funny...it took us a few takes to get it right.

3 Months

My little boy is a little over 3 months now.
Can't believe how fast he is growing.
Just lately he has started to laugh and I love it!
We've also got a talker on our hands.
We have hilarious conversations through-out the day.
I'm just amazed at how quickly they grow and develop.
Every day is something new and exciting.
Probably only to us but hey he's our first :)

Cabin Week 2011

The always anticipated week of the year has already come and gone!

Caleb and I were the last ones to arrive.

We came right in time for my parents cute Family home evening lesson on being rock solid.
Rock Solid as an individual, in the family, and in the gospel. It was our nightly cheer....
Kesler Family Rock Solid!!

The boys came up with ridiculous challenges

Cameron and Cami brought the Banana this year and it was a hit.

My cute little nieces

Reid and Dieter reunited
We had a shoot out with different challenges.
We had a Just Dance 2 tournament

It came down to my mother and I
 I came out with the W. :)

Every night when the kids would go down, we played "crap on your neighbor" for lack of a better name. It's a tense card game and we always have penalties for the 3 bottom losers. Such as spit takes, the dreaded rock walk, hot tub in your clothes, and a midnight lake dip.

Thanks to my dad caleb finally strapped on the skis!

We had a great time and once again can't wait till next year!!
