Valentines Day was just another day of work, I got home and made Caleb's favorite dinner, then he said babe go pack your bag! He took me to rexburg's finest: Americinn Mayan room. It was so fancy! I loved it! He treated me to a massage that was very much needed and we enjoyed a perfect evening together with no distractions. It was just what I needed. Call it a babymoon if you must. I have been a bit emotional lately due to the fact that it's not just going to be Caleb and I anymore. Don't get me wrong I can't wait for this little boy to get here but I know that it changes things quite a bit. I have loved these 2 years as just the two of us and with Caleb being so busy lately it has hit me that we don't have much time left. So cabe knew this was just what we needed. :)
There I am getting large and in charge!
I am now almost 30 weeks and I passed the glucose test! I was sweatin it because I am a sugar bug to the max. I can't believe how fast it is coming. Caleb and I are definitely soaking up the sleep while we can ;)
How can I keep my face from being pregnant? haha It has blown up like a balloon!

I know how you feel in the sense that I worry about getting pregnant and adding another member of our little family (because of my own selfish feelings that I really enjoy us two for right now and I am not ready to share my husband with another little person yet ha). It's hard when it's just been you two and then life changes so much. So don't worry, you're not alone in those feelings :) But I do hear the change is definitely wonderful and amazing too.You are a DARLING pregnant girl I would love to see more pics!! Miss you girl :)

ReplyDeleteHow fun! Glad you were able to get away from everything and enjoy time together. It is hard to adjust from being just the two of you to having a little one, but very rewarding at the same time. You will love it, but I'm not going to lie - it is different than now. Love you Kels!

ReplyDeleteI remember feeling the same way! I remember telling Chad that I was going to miss it being just he and I but now that our little one is here, there's no way I'd ever want to go back. Your little guy will add so much happiness to your family, you're going to love it.
