I am slightly obsessed with this place. We went exploring last wednesday, the boys had the night off. I could not get enough, I kept saying how amazed I was. I'm not a history buff in the least but DC is incredible! So many awesome things to see and I'm learning quite a bit!
We went to Georgetown which is right down the road from DC and they have lots of fun shops and restaurants and of course DC Cupcakes!
Do Not miss MT Vernon while you are there! It was by far my favorite part of DC. I'd get a season pass if I lived there. Just a tip! :)
ReplyDeleteok, first Reid is STUUUDDD! second, I want to go to DC cupcakes, jealous! And third, you have to go to mt.Vernon, where george washington lived, it's sweet! and you have to go see baltimore! Oh I love DC! if you can go to Ellicott City,Dave lived there and it's a cool little town with little shops and antiques. and go to king's dominion, one place i didn't get to go :(... and get back here soon!
