I have wanted to make a music video about the life of a summer sales wife for a couple of years but could never find a song that would work for it. Some of us wives were really hyper one night and decided to make up some lyrics to the famous "call me maybe" song that we've been obsessed with. All it took was one night of hyperactivity to make up the song. Then we started to record on garageband. I had never used it before but played around with it and figured it out. Callie peck is the main voice and the rest of us are in the background. Wyatt Sutton graciously made up a rap at the end of it representing the boys. He did awesome! It has been so fun to make! We've spent the last month recording whenever possible and documenting our crazy summer! You may not get some of the humor but if you have ever been a summer sales wife you will understand! Enjoy!
Kelsi - your creativity amazes me! Awesome video and I'm impressed with how you've made the best of your summer! We lived right there in the Archstone Ellipse apartments the first few years we were in DC. Crazy!! I remember all the security system "wives" coming to the ward for the summer. I'm guessing you're in the Fairfax Ward, yes? All our old friends are there. The Johnsons, the Roberts, the Todds... I could go on and on. Hope to talk to you in person at some point.
