Nashville doesn't mess around when it comes the 4th of July. They had a free concert every night starting on Friday down by the river. First up was Chuck Wicks: Didn't know who he was at first but now i'm a fan!
Saturday night was Julianne Hough! I loved watching her on Dancing with the Stars. I know her cousin so Ashlie and I went up and introduced ourselves to her family. They were super nice!
They had fireworks after each one of the concerts.
Sunday after church we had a office BBQ at a nice park. Here the boys are playing calebs "Kick game."
We headed down town again to catch the final concert: Trace Atkins with some others. It was legit! The place was PACKED but some of our friends lucked out and found us a spot where people decided to leave.
Yes I made caleb wear the old navy shirt....hilarious.
The firework show was the best that I have ever seen! They definitely outdid Disney.
We had a perfect 4th of JULY!

ReplyDeleteThat looks awesome. Chuck Wicks used to be Julianne's boyfriend. I don't know if they are still together, but he was her partner one year on DWTS. What a fun way to spend the 4th. Glad you guys could experience that. We are looking forward to seeing you guys in a week. Holla!!!
